These Subscription Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your subscription to our services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Services a. Membership: To become a Subscriber, please visit the Website and select the “BUY TICKETS” button, and then choose which one of our subscriptions offers best suits your needs. Follow the instructions to enter your full, legal name, contact and payment information, and complete your payment. Your use of the Subscription Services (“Membership”) will include receiving an automatic set number of entries into each applicable Prize Draw and each applicable Website during each month of Subscriber’s active Membership. For example, if the Subscription are 15.00€/month for 2 tickets, then Subscriber will receive 2 tickets into each Prize available on the Website at the time of subscription, and each month of Subscriber’s active Membership thereafter. Some Membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at Subscriber’s sign-up or in other communications made available to Subscriber. Subscriber can find specific details regarding Subscriber’s Membership by visiting the Website and accessing Subscriber’s Account by clicking on the “Log In” link available at the navigation menu at the top of the Website. Each Subscriber must provide Avardoz with one or more Payment Methods in order to maintain Membership. We may from time to time offer special promotional offers to Subscribers b. Offers: Offer eligibility is determined by Avardoz at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put a Subscriber’s Membership on hold in the event that we determine Subscriber is not eligible. We may use information such as a Payment Method or an Account email address used with an existing Membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you. c. The subscription period begins upon successful payment and continues for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
2. Automatic Renewal a. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. b. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the renewal period, which will be the same as the initial subscription fee unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Refunds a. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges. b. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period once the renewal has been processed.
4. Payment a. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to the payment method provided during the initial purchase and for any subsequent renewals. b. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
5. Changes to Subscription Services a. We may modify or discontinue certain subscription services or features at any time, with or without prior notice. b. In case of any significant changes that may materially affect your subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
6. Cancellation and Suspension by Avardoz: Avardoz reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Subscription Services at any time and for any reason. Avardoz will notify Subscriber prior to any such cancellation or suspension.In addition, if Subscriber fails to timely pay any Membership Fees in accordance with these Subscription Terms, Avardoz may, without limiting any of its other rights or remedies, suspend or cancel the Subscription Services. The Subscription Services and the billing of any Membership Fees shall be suspended during any period of Membership suspension. Avardoz shall not resume Subscription Services, including any billing for any Membership Fees, following a Membership suspension without the express approval and consent of Subscriber. Any entries into an applicable Prize Draw(s) received prior to the date of any such cancellation or suspension will remain eligible, subject to any eligibility requirements detailed within the Official Rules for the applicable Prize Draw(s).
7. Account and Access a. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and restricting access to your account. b. Sharing your account with others or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property a. All intellectual property related to the subscription services, including content and features, remains the property of our company or its licensors. b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the subscription services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability a. We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the subscription services. b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our subscription services.
10. Termination a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for violations of these Terms or any other reasons we deem appropriate.
